Oh, just in case you are looking for it, Sheila ki Jawani or Sheela ki Jawani means nothing but the youth of Sheela. Sheela being a name, the name of the girl in the song, of course.
It doesn't necessarily mean a "beautiful" girl in Australia. Rather, it's a common girl and the source of many Aussie jokes - what a stupid name to use for an item song! :S

At the same time, would like you to know that Sheela is a common Hindi name as well, and here the meaning is derived from a Sanskrit word 'Sheel' meaning behavior, and hence Sheela in Hindi means one with a good behavior, or shy/coy as a girl of good behavior is traditionally expected to be.

sheela means virginity in kannada language.
