Nami Danam/ Nami Daanam Meaning
Nami Daanam (Persian:نمی دانم) is a Persian (Farsi) language phrase which means 'I don't know.' In Persian, nami (نمی, not spoken as naami) is 'not', and daanam (دانم) is 'I'. And hence the meaning of the whole phrase comes out to be more than the sum of its parts - 'I don't know.'
The phrase is common and is used not only in Urdu but once in a while heard in Urdu-Punjabi filled Bollywood songs as well. It could be heard in Dhoom 3 song Kamli [meaning] as well.

Most of it on the shooting of the song of course. Also, YashRaj plans to release this song in full version ONLY in theaters, to increase the number of moviegoers. From the first look, the song is not only superb in Audio, the video of the song is really well, and that's the reason YRF thinks they'll be able to attract people to cinema halls in the name of this song, if nothing else. The stunts performed by Aamir and Katrina in the song are quite something. If not by the standards of dance reality shows, at least by the standards of Bollywood movies they're still big.
The song is sung by Siddharth Mahadevan along with Shilpa Rao, this being Siddharth's first song outside Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy and his second film as a singer. The lyrics are written by Sameer.

Chikni Chameli Meaning
In Hindi, Chikna/ Chikni means smooth and chameli means the Jasmine flower. However, in the Mumbaiya dialect, which is spoken in (and, in fact, outside too) Mumbai and is not officially a dialect, chikni would mean a beautiful girl, and it has been used as an adjective here to Chameli, which is a common name for girls in India.

Dhunki Meaning
Normally, Dhunki is a bow for scutching/carding cotton, but here in the song of Mere Brother ki Dulhan, that doesn't seem to be the intended meaning.
Instead, it seems that the Dhunki (धुनकी) here is used for a cannon, as dhunakna (धुनकना) is used for booming a cannon.
Update: Finally asked the lyricist Irshad Kamil himself and in his own words 'Dhunki means TRANCE of love... Kind of Magical Spell,' which would mean he has taken the meaning more or less from the traditional dhunki, the bow, as that goes something like a spell, in a periodic, circular way.

Tees Maar Khan Meaning
Tees maar khan is a phrase I'm familiar with from my very childhood. Literally Tees Maar Khan means someone who has killed thirty men. In many stories, mostly those of Sheikh Chilli, Tees Maar Khan is a man who pretends to be a tiger of a man claiming he has killed thirty men, though it doesn't seem so. Hence, when you talk of the actual meaning of the phrase, it's used for someone who says he has done something really big, something worth being proud of, though it may not actually be so.
The earliest and probably the only memory of the phrase for me is of the times I used to be proud of something and my father used to say, 'Tum khud ko bahut bade tees maar khan samajhte ho?' (You think you are some big tees maar khan?) which would mean I wasn't someone great who had done some great thing and there was nothing I should be actually proud of.
So even though I have never looked for the word in the dictionary, I guess I have conveyed you what Tees Maar Khan means.
