Hasee toh Phasee is Dharma Productions (read Karan Johar) and Phantom Productions (read Anurag Kashyap and Vikram Motwane)'s joint venture, with Viacom Motion Pictures (read MTV, Colors) thrown in. Vishal-Shekhar compose for the album while Amitabh Bhattacharya and Kumaar write the songs.

Ramleela is a beautiful album composed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who is composing music for an entire movie for the second time, after Guzaarish.
