Mast Kalandar is a phrase that is much used in songs and movies now.

Literally, mast means someone who is enjoying himself a lot, or in a broader context, someone who enjoys himself a lot, while Kalandar is the name of a Saint.

So Mast Kalandar actually means nothing but someone who enjoys himself a lot, and is free from sorrows and tensions of the world. Like some saint, maybe. :)
