Dil ka Achar Dalogi Meaning

And then there is a song called Dil de do kya dil ka achar dalogi in the movie Bin Bulaye Baraati. The line literally means give your heart, or will you make a pickle with your heart?

In Hindi 'Achar daalna' is a slang-ish idiom which is generally used when someone can do nothing with a thing and still wants it. So here the meaning would be something like 'give your heart (love), as there is no other possible use of it you have to keep it safe for.'

The song is composed by Anand Raj Anand and he has sung it with Mamta Sharma.

Chhammak Chhallo/ Chammak Challo Meaning

The word Chhammakchhallo (Spelt chammak challo also) is used for a girl who is flashy in appearance. The word can be called part of slang, and can be derogatory as well, though it's not a swear word.

Exactly, chhammak here refers to the sound of jingling as someone walks, and chhallo was most probably used for chhallas (chhalla = a ring, not necessarily the one worn in a finger) and hence chhammakchhallo was used for someone who used to make a jingling sound with her jewels.
